The Indian Aroma Kitchen Inc. (“IAK”) operated an Indian cuisine restaurant, and take-out establishment, in St. Catherines, Ontario, as well as a food truck based in Niagara Falls, Ontario. IAK carried on business for approximately six years prior to ceasing operations.
On May 19, 2026, Aroma was assigned into bankruptcy and Dodick Landau Inc. was appointed as Trustee in Bankruptcy of the estate.
