On July 14, 2026, Quality filed with the Official Receiver a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal to its creditors and named Dodick Landau Inc. as Proposal Trustee (the “Proposal Trustee”). On August 13, 2026, pursuant to section 62 of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, Quality made a proposal (the “Proposal”) to its creditors.
