On January 27, 2026, 1000485032 Ontario Limited (the “Lender”) appointed Dodick Landau Inc. over all of the assets of Darmaga Hardwood Flooring Limited (“Darmaga”) to act as private-Receiver pursuant to its security. Darmaga owes the Lender $2,129,860. The Receiver obtained an independent security opinion confirming that the Lender’s security is valid and enforceable as against Darmaga.
The Receiver is in the process of realizing on the assets of Darmaga, including selling inventory on hand and collecting accounts receivable.
