Zoglo’s Food Inc. (“Zoglo’s”) was a food producer and distributor in Canada. Zoglo’s filed an assignment in bankruptcy on March 19, 2024 under the provisions of section 49 of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act. Dodick Landau Inc. was appointed Trustee in Bankruptcy in this proceeding. A meeting of creditors will be held on April 8, 2024 at 11:00 a.m.
