Solutions Your Organized Living Store Ltd. (“Holdco”) is a holding company of leases for retail locations once occupied by the operating company 1348441 Ontario Inc. (“Opco”) a retailer of storage solutions under the tradename “Solutions Your Organized Living Store” which made a Proposal to its creditors on June 9, 2020.
Holdco filed an assignment in bankruptcy on August 17, 2020 under the provisions of section 49 of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act. Dodick Landau Inc. was appointed Trustee in Bankruptcy in this proceeding.
