(“241”) formerly operated as a sushi restaurant known as “Sushi Delight Japanese Restaurant” located in Toronto, Ontario. 241 filed an assignment in bankruptcy on September 1, 2020 under the provisions of section 49 of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act. Dodick Landau Inc. was appointed Trustee in Bankruptcy in this proceeding.
