Marko Creative Productions Inc. (“Creative”) provided graphic design solutions to the consumer promotion, packaging, branding, retail/merchandising and corporate sectors. Creative filed an assignment in bankruptcy on July 31, 2017 under the provisions of section 49 of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act. Dodick Landau Inc. was appointed Trustee in Bankruptcy in this proceeding.
