On November 30, 2023, Dodick Landau Inc. was appointed as private receiver (“Receiver”) of all the assets, undertakings and properties of Dragan Brewing & Wine Company (“Dragan” or the “Company”). The Company was a destination brewery and its operations are located in St Catherines, Ontario, Canada, a part of the largest and most concentrated winemaking region in Canada.
Th receiver carries a process to sell the operations of Dragan. The sale of the operations closed on May 10, 2024.
