Viva Financial Inc. (“VF”) purchased HVAC, water and air filtration systems lease contracts with individual consumers from Consumer Choice Comfort Services Inc. (a related party) with financing from Home Trust Capital.
VF filed an assignment in bankruptcy on October 1, 2020 under the provisions of section 49 of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act. Dodick Landau Inc. was appointed Trustee in Bankruptcy in this proceeding.
