Skymark Health and Fitness Inc. (“Skymark”) provided chiropractic treatment to individuals injured in motor vehicle accidents and operated an exercise facility for the general public. Skymark’s chiropractic clients were referrals from law firms specializing in personal injury claims. Skymark filed an assignment in bankruptcy on May 28, 2019 under the provisions of section 49 of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act. Dodick Landau Inc. was appointed Trustee in Bankruptcy.
