Fan Integrated Experiences Ltd.(“FIE” or the “Company”) is a technology company that created an IOS and Android APP (“FIE APP”) which operates a loyalty program to reward music fans, promote artists and labels, connect brands to fans and help artists/labels get to know their fans.
FIE filed an assignment in bankruptcy on May 1, 2020 under the provisions of section 49 of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act. Dodick Landau Inc. was appointed Trustee in Bankruptcy in this proceeding. As a result of the bankruptcy, a stay of proceedings has been initiated and all proceedings against the Company are stayed as of the date of bankruptcy.
On June 17, 2020, the Trustee obtained approval from the inspectors of the estate to carry-out a sales process to sell the assets of FIE. Attached below are the sales process bidding procedures.
On November 12, 2020 the Court approved the sale of the assets of FIE to 2556875 Ontario Inc. and, subsequently, the Trustee closed the sale.
