Cybersonic Sound Technology Inc. (“Cybersonics”) produced mall audio messaging in locations accross North America. On August 15, 2014, Korona Group Ltd. appointed Dodick Landau Inc. pursuant to section 243(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act as receiver (in such capacity, the “Receiver”) of all of the assets, undertakings and properties of Cybersonic Sound Technologies Inc. The Receiver completed a liquidation of the assets of Cybersonics.
