Klokwerks Digital Inc. (“KDI”) produces technology based sales environments/programs, interactive marketing tools/mobile apps, virtual reality, augmented reality, as well as 3D photo-realistic renderings, animation and film production for the Real Estate, Automotive, Retail and Corporate Training sectors. On December 4, 2018, KDI filed a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal to its creditors pursuant to subsection 50.4 (1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, R.S.C. 1985, c. B-3, as amended (the “BIA”) and Dodick Landau Inc. was named Proposal Trustee. Pursuant to the provisions of subsection 69 (1) of the BIA a stay of proceedings (the “Stay”) has been initiated and all proceedings against KDI are Stayed as of the date of filing of the NOI. On January 3, 2019, KDI filed a Proposal to its creditors and a Meeting of the Creditors will be held on January 24, 2019 to consider and vote on whether to approve the Proposal. The Meeting of Creditors will take place at 4646 Dufferin St., Suite 6, Toronto, ON, M3H 5S4.
