B&M Distribution Services Inc. filed an assignment in bankruptcy on March 16, 2017 under the provisions of section 49 of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act. Dodick Landau Inc. was appointed Trustee in Bankruptcy in this proceeding. B&M Distribution Services Inc. was a distributor of a variety of products to retail and wholesale bakeries and patisseries.
