20471715 Ontario Inc. (“204”) is a provider of print-to-mail continuity and recovery services. 204 operates a dedicated recovery facility (“Premises”). In the event of a natural disaster, unplanned event or overflow situation, 204’s facility can support a company’s folding, inserting and mailing functions enabling its customers to continue their day-to-day business operations in the Premises until customers can return to their own facility. On May 7, 2019, 204 filed a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal to its creditors pursuant to subsection 50.4 (1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, R.S.C. 1985, c. B-3, as amended (the “BIA”) and Dodick Landau Inc. was named Proposal Trustee. Pursuant to the provisions of subsection 69 (1) of the BIA a stay of proceedings has been initiated and all proceedings against 204 are stayed as of the date of filing of the NOI. On June 6, 2019, 204 filed a Proposal to its creditors and a meeting of the Creditors was held on June 27, 2019, and adjourned to July 15, 2019, to consider and vote on whether to approve the Proposal. On July 15, 2019 the creditors of 204 voted in favour of its Proposal. Furthermore, on August 20, 2019 the Court approved 204’s Proposal.
