1882540 Ontario Inc., which also operated as What A Bloom Canada, Memorial Flowers, Flower Crazy, Special Moments, Hanna Florist and Flowers Canada, (collectively, the “Company”), was an online retailer of flowers throughout Canada. On May 19, 2016, Dodick Landau Inc. was appointed by the Superior Court of Justice (the “Court”) as receiver (in such capacity, the “Receiver”), pursuant to section 243(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and section 101 of the Courts of Justice Act, of all of the assets, undertakings and properties of the Company (“Receivership Appointment”). On June 13, 2016 the Receivership Appointment was expanded by the Court to include 1665651 Ontario Ltd., 2495584 Ontario Inc., 1873349 Ontario Inc. and 1632032 Ontario Ltd. On July 8, 2016 the Receivership Appointment was reduced by the Court to exclude 1873349 Ontario Inc.
